Our Story
Neerlandia Co-op operates as a locally owned co-operative that serves as a one stop shop for Food, Fuel, Home & Farm. Neerlandia, Alberta is a small community with strong Dutch roots in the County of Barrhead.
The area’s Dutch heritage influences the offerings, with the Food Store stocking Dutch specialties alongside standard groceries, fresh produce, in-house butchers, bakery items, deli products, and local goods. The Restaurant blends Dutch comfort food with Canadian classics in a cozy, affordable, family-friendly setting praised for friendly service, cleanliness, and generous portions.
