Recipe

Ingredients:

400g white rice, 400g unsalted pork, 100g bacon (chopped fine), 1 onion/leek, 250g vegetables (your choice), 2 eggs, 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to directions.
  2. Mix package with 100ml boiling water (let sit for ten minutes).
  3. Fry bacon in oil. Add diced pork. Fry until brown.
  4. Add chopped onion, nasi mix, egg, and spoon over meat mix.
  5. Add fresh vegetables, and fry.
  6. Add rice and mix well.

Serving suggestion: Add sambal or ketjap manis, pindasaus, atjar tjampoer, or kroepoek.
