Requirements:

150 g butter
150 g sugar
1 bag of Dr. Oetker sugar with vanilla flavor
4 egg yolks
3 drops of Dr. Oetker almond flavoring
200 g patent flour
1/2 bag of Dr. Oetker baking powder
150 g ground almonds
4 egg whites
pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and aroma until frothy.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder, add alternately with the almonds.
  3. Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and carefully fold into the mixture.
  4. Pour batter into a greased cake tin (30cm). Approx. 40 mi. bake in the oven (175°C).
