Recipe

Ingredients:

Gwoon Chicken Soup Duo Pack
200g cubed Chicken thigh
250g sliced Mushrooms
200mL Coconut milk
20g chopped Cilantro
Sprinkle of Lime juice

Cooking Directions:

  1. Fry the Chicken for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1.5 liters of water to the chicken. Stir in contents of one pack of Gwoon Chicken soup mix.
  3. Then add the mushrooms and coconut milk.
  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 min.
  5. Serve with cilantro and a sprinkle of lime juice.
