Recipe

Ingredients:

Honig Farmers Vegetable Soup Mix
350g Farmers vegetables (leek, carrott, peppers, cauliflower)
2 tblsp fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Add content of the package into a pan with 1.5l of cold water and bring it to the boil while stirring.
  2. Once the soup is cooking, add the vegetables.
  3. Place the lid (tilted) on the pan and stir occassionaly then let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish the soup with the chopped parsley.
