Recipe

Ingredients:

Honig French Mushroom Soup Mix
250g mushrooms
2 tblsp. fresh chives

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add content of the package into a pan with 1.5l of cold water and bring it to the boil while stirring.
  2. Once the soup is cooking, add the sliced mushrooms.
  3. Place the lid (tilted) on the pan and stir occassionaly then let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish the soup with some freshly chopped chives.
