Recipe

Ingredients:

Honig Jullienne Soup Mix
150g beef soup meatballs
1 medium leek
100g carrots

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add the contents of the package into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it to boil while stirring.
  2. Once the soup is cooking, add the beef soup meatballs, chopped leeks and sliced carrots.
  3. Placed the lid on the pan tilted and let the soup simmer for an additional 10 minutes with occassional stirring.
