Recipe

Ingredients:

300g of rice, 400g of chicken fillet, 450g of nasi / bami vegetables, 1 large red pepper, 150mL of water

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice as indicated on its packaging.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan. Fry the diced chicken until golden brown and cooked.
  3. Fry the nasi / bami vegetables and the chopped bell peppers briefly.
  4. Add 150ml of water and the package. Heat all for about 1 minute.
  5. Add the rice and fry the dish over a high heat for about 1 minute.

Tip: Serve the fried rice with Wijko peanut sauce.
