Recipe

Ingredients:

Honig Spring Onion Soup (Romige Lente-Uisoep)
3 Large spring onions
1 Medium sized red onion
1.5 Litres of water
2 tbsp chopped chives

Cooking Directions:

  1. Sprinkle contents of package into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring it, stirring with a whisk, to a boil.
  2. As soon as the soup is boiling, add the sliced red onion and spring onions.
  3. Put the lid on the pan (partially closed) and let the soup, stirring occasionally, simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Garnish the soup with chopped chives.
