Recipe

Ingredients:

Honig Vegetable Soup Mix (Groentesoep)
150g Meatballs
250g Vegetables
1.5 L of Water

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle the contents of the sachet into a pan with 1.5 liters of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring with a whisk.
  2. Once the soup is boiling, add the meatballs and the soup vegetables.
  3. Put the lid on the pan (do not close it completely) and let the soup simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
