Knorr Mix for Macaroni (Maaltijdmix) is a convenient seasoning mix for preparing a flavourful macaroni meal. Tomato powder, Flavouring, Iodized salt, Potato Starch, Sugar, Potassium chloride, Hydrolysed vegetable proteins, Herbs (oregano, parsley, rosemary, basil), Onion powder, Roasted onion, Spices (garlic pepper), Yeast extract, Corn oil, Carrot, Leek.

Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack of Knorr Macaroni Spice Mix
900g of vegetables
450g of ground meat
450g of macaroni
4 tbsp of oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan or wok and brown the ground meat till cooked then remove from the meat from the pan and set saside.
  2. Heat another 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and stir fry the vegetables for a few minutes.
  3. Next add 1 packet of Knorr Macaroni Spice Mix and 200mL of water to the vegetables, then add the cooked ground meat and stir.
  4. Heat for another minute then add the cooked macaroni and stir.
  5. Remove from heat and serve. Serves 5-6 portions.
