Recipe

Requirements:

1 Package contents
200 g of butter or margarine
1 egg

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 180c.
  2. In a bowl mix butter until soft, add 2/3 of the beaten egg.
  3. Add cakemix and knead / mix until a dough is formed.
  4. Place dough in a greased cake pan and spread evenly.
  5. Coat with remainder of egg and form grooves on top with a fork.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes in centre of oven. Let cool in pan.
