Recipe

Requirements:

1 box cake mix
200g butter or margarine
4 eggs
1 tbsp water (room temperature)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 360° F. Beat  200 g butter with mixer until smooth in a bowl.
  2. Add cake mix, water and eggs, and mix on low until blended, then beat batter with mixer at the highest setting for about 3 minutes until batter becomes fluffy.
  3. Put the batter into greased cake pan and bake for 60-70 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Remove the cake from pan and let cool for one hour.
